Effective October 24, 2026
Privacy Policy
NEXT+ is a media player for playlists users already have permission to access.
Data handling
NEXT+ does not require a developer account. Playlist credentials, playback preferences, favorites, history, watched progress, hidden items, and download records are stored locally on the user’s device. NEXT+ does not sell personal information or use it for advertising or tracking.
The app may retrieve visual configuration and notices needed for its interface. These requests are not used to build advertising profiles or track users.
User-provided destinations
To load and play a playlist, NEXT+ communicates with the Direct URL entered by the user. Credentials are sent to that destination to authenticate the playlist. The destination operator may process connection information according to its own terms and privacy practices. NEXT+ does not control user-provided destinations.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. NEXT+ receives transaction status needed to unlock access but does not receive or store full payment-card details.
Deletion
Users can remove playlists and their saved data, clear downloads and cached data, or uninstall NEXT+ to remove remaining local app data, subject to iOS backup and system behavior.
Children
NEXT+ does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Users are responsible for the playlists and media they choose to access and may use the parental PIN and hidden-section controls available in the app.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated when practices or legal requirements change. For questions, visit the NEXT+ Support Center.
