Terms of Use

By using NEXT+, you agree to use it lawfully and only with media you have permission to access.

1. NEXT+ is a media player and does not provide, host, sell, distribute, or include media or playlist subscriptions.
2. You are responsible for your Direct URL, credentials, playlist, content rights, and compliance with applicable laws.
3. Content availability, metadata, artwork, program information, and playback compatibility depend on the playlist you add and your device or network.
4. Purchases are processed by Apple. Product details, localized prices, eligibility, renewal terms, cancellation, and refunds are governed by the App Store and your Apple Account.
5. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through Apple Account subscription settings. Deleting NEXT+ does not cancel a subscription.
6. Use of NEXT+ is also subject to Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement.
